Staff are incredibly kind, attentive and make delicious food and drink! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to snack on fantastic and fresh pastries - definitely one of my personal favourites .

Really excellent coffee. Lovely staff. Highly recommended. On a recent trip to Twickenham, I was wandering the high street trying to choose a coffee shop - there were SO many to choose from, I didn't know where to go. Then I saw Bongiorno and it's style reminded me of holidays in Italy, which seemed an added bonus to a coffee, so in I went. The coffee is top notch (large cappuccino for me) and comes with a glass of water, Italian style. I managed to fit in a surprising number of coffees during my stay in Twickenham and I will definitely be back! Even over a few days, I could see several regulars - its clearly not secret that this is such a lovely cafe.

We absolutely love this place. The staff are always so friendly no matter how busy they are. Their cappuccino’s are perfection and authentically Italian with delicious flavour coffee beans. The gelato is so so so good, the coffee and pistachio are top tier but they have a range of other flavours too. Absolute gem of Twickenham and have never had a bad experience. When there are so many coffee shops to choose from, the secret is- serve the best coffee and give the best service! This place does them both. We had excellent polite service from a tall young man with red hair. Excellent coffee presented with glass of water Italian style. My companions tea was served in a pot not a bag in a cup We Will return .

Amazing. Had basil and chilli with Lemon which was so refreshing. Strawberry so smooth ! Chocolate and mint and milk chocolate so creamy. Amazing place and great customer service!

I ordered an italian milefoglie for my wedding. The cake was delicious and had lots of success. The price was really good for the size. And finally, the owner was super nice and friendly. From the beginning to the end, I don’t have any complaints. I highly recommend this place !!
